Bridge Financial Technology is excited to announce the addition of Mike Sands to our growing team. In his new role as VP of Operations and Client Success, Mike will ensure Bridge’s clients continue to receive the high level of service that has become a hallmark of the company.
Mike is a seasoned operations and data analytics leader, with a diverse background in helping early-to-mid-stage startups grow their teams. Mike has robust experience running interdisciplinary teams and has worked with many notable startups to improve and scale several operational areas including product, analytics, supply – side acquisition, customer acquisition, and customer experience.
Most recently, Mike joins Bridge from sales intelligence platform Emissary, which he joined seven years ago. At Emissary, Mike led cross-functional teams in areas including operations, client engagement, sales, and product, ultimately scaling to the platform to over 25k senior executive advisors and garnering investments from Google Ventures, Canaan Ventures, and The New York Times.
Mike views defining and improving metrics and translating abstract challenges into scalable long term solutions as core to his role. He looks forward to collaborating with the Bridge team to continue to improve operations and fuel growth. He’s most excited to work hands-on with Bridge’s clients and ensure they get the most out of our practice management platform.
